Dhaulagiri 2013
In the pre-monsoon season of 2013 Jagged Globe will organise an expedition to the North East Ridge of Dhaulagiri, the world's seventh highest mountain. This will be the eleventh of the fourteen 8,000m peaks that Jagged Globe has organised an expedition to, leaving just Nanga Parbat, Annapurna and K2.
The Dhaulagiri expedition is a "one off" and a superb opportunity for experienced mountaineers to join a well-supported and professionally-led expedition to one of the less frequently climbed 8,000ers. Robert Mads Anderson, who has previously led Jagged Globe teams on Everest, Cho Oyu, Shishapangma and Makalu, will be the leader of the 2013 expedition.
